Why We Chose a Social Enterprise Model
After decades working across frontline practice, government leadership and national reform, we saw firsthand the pressures facing the sector:

How We Reinvest
Our reinvestment focuses on initiatives that build capability, strengthen safeguarding and support community-led solutions.
This includes:
- Free or low-cost practice resources: Tools, templates, guides and frameworks designed to support frontline practitioners and leaders
- Subsidised support for small organisations: Reduced-cost advisory services for community organisations, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led services and grassroots initiatives
- Community-led projects: Support for initiatives that strengthen cultural safety, community voice and local decision-making
- Sector capability uplift: Workshops, training and knowledge-sharing that build confidence and strengthen practice across the sector
- Pro-bono or low-fee advisory work: Targeted support for organisations working with highly vulnerable populations or in areas of significant need.
