Safeguarding Framework
A comprehensive, trauma-informed safeguarding framework designed to strengthen safety, accountability and cultural responsiveness across services. Developed in partnership with sector leaders and practitioners, the framework provides:

- culturally responsive approaches
- pathways for continuous improvement
This framework has supported organisations to uplift their safeguarding capability, strengthen practice, and embed child safe principles across their systems and culture.
Together for Safeguarding – Workforce Capability Framework
A sector-wide capability framework designed to support a consistent, confident and skilled safeguarding workforce across Queensland. Developed collaboratively with practitioners, leaders and community partners, this framework provides:
- clear safeguarding capabilities
- role-specific expectations and practice behaviours
- tools for supervision, training and workforce development
- guidance for leaders on building a safeguarding culture
- alignment with national standards and best-practice approaches
This framework has supported organisations to strengthen safeguarding capability, embed consistent practice, and build a workforce that is safe, skilled and equipped to protect children, young people and vulnerable people.
Foster Care Recruitment Toolkit
A practical, evidence-informed toolkit designed to strengthen foster carer recruitment, retention and placement stability. The toolkit provides:
